how to use this, I put the mod in the ~mods folder but nothing happens or changes, other mods are working fine. I only downloaded the Main file, do I need the Misc. file for it to work?
This is just modifying font related settings. I have seen the dialog text stored in different files, but I don't remember which one since it's been a long time since I last seen them. You'd need to find those and edit them as needed.

I'd like to use the mod but it seems that it stretches out the entire screen for me when used. The font itself looks fine but everything else is slightly stretched, characters to the menu font. Any fix? Playing 4096 x 2160
I think I can fix that, thank you for pointing it out to me before I made a bunch of variations. If I can't, for now, you can use the game's default font with the color and size changes.
I don't think I can easily, it'll require a bit of digging, but I'll keep poking at it. I'll probably change the main-mod to just change the size and color since this is the case.
I uploaded a test version in the miscellaneous files section. Use it standalone, don't include other files from this mod (I packaged everything together there.) Let me know if it works properly for you.
If everything looks good, I'll work on updating all the files.
I love this mod. Just a small question: is it possible to change the font size on my end? It would be perfect for me at something like 30, rather than the current 40.
While the 40 point makes it look more like actual anime subs, the game has lots of instances where there are 3 lines of text. The 30 point size takes up less screen while still being perfectly clear.
Thanks for the mod, yeah it works on cutscenes even on boost strike and mystic arte scenes. and for anyone who plays it on 1366x768 res and 100 scale setting, the font size is 2-3pt bigger that some dialog displays a paragraph size of text that takes out almost half the screen..
