EDIT: The resolution of each card was way too huge. I've since shrunken them. Try version 1.0 instead.
That's strange... I rebooted again just to make sure and all my cards have value. Here's the links for the decks and backs for manual installation. However, I'd first check your urlImage folder to make sure there isn't a corrupted image its trying to load before attempting to get a new online picture.
