Yeah, its some strange bug with the newest version. There is a rather bothersome way to temporarily "Fix it". You have to go to where the images are being stored locally (typically My Documentsmy gamesTabletop SimulatorModsURL Images folder) and delete all the images before loading a custom game.
That said, hopefully Berserk Games puts out a fix for this soon when they get back to work after the weekend.
I don't know, I never even noticed that until you mentioned it. Very odd. I don't think they were doing this earlier, maybe 1.2 changed something? Are you experiencing this problem with any other card games?
I did some checking and according to Berserk Game's official forums, its a bug in the current version, with saves and how they interact with custom decks. There isn't much I can do about it. Let's hope they fix it quickly.

It's also super handy that you've included the instructions on large cards.
I have been having the Invalid URL error lately though. I can't seem to get it to load, even after deleting my URL folder.
Are the URL links still valid?
