Moves the interaction box and scan box for the Surgery Machine into the ground to prevent use.
This purely disables the Surgery Machine, and as such, is incompatible with anything that edits the Surgery Machine or Tutorial Messages.

Extract/examine RAR file, take included .pak file, and place inside 'System Shock - Remake\SystemShock\Content\Paks'
