More hardcore gameplay at all difficulty levels. At maximum difficulty, the timer is set for 24 hours.

At maximum difficulty, time is limited to 24 hours instead of 10, some hardcore gameplay changes have been made at all difficulty levels, but at the same time, cyberspace has become much easier.

Changes (at maximum difficulty):

- The timer is set to 24 hours
- Player has less HP (240 -> 100)
- Player is a little faster
- Enemies deal less damage (125% -> 100%)
- Enemies move and react faster
- Surgery machines do not cure
- Enemies have invulnerable limbs, only the chest/body and head can be damaged
- Restoration Bays are disabled
- Power Stations are recharged for 90 minutes
- Quick save only
- Food and patches restore much less HP
- First aid kits heal slowly
- No map, minimap and compass
- Enemies see 2 times further and have a slightly larger fov (need to test)
- The melee attacks of almost all enemies cause more damage, the blows of mutants and hoppers are especially deadly
- Serv-Bots and Lab-Bots have more HP and armor and kill with 1-2 hits
- The radius of detection and alarm of Security Cameras has been increased
- Recycling junk directly is not more profitable than recycling scrap
- Junk gives 2-3 times less scrap
- No loot bonus

  As a bonus:
- All enemies except Serv-Bots and Lab-Bots have less HP (120% -> 90%)
- The damage from Pulser is increased 6 times, rate of fire 1.75 times
