   i copied the files into ~mods folder but nothing seems to be happening.

      Re-downloaded the file and tested it works.  What this mod does is when you cook, the buff time will be 60min vs the standard 30min.  Be sure to extract both the pak and sig file inside the zip into C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\??????\Pal7\Content\Paks\~mods

      Unfortunately the game only allowed me to do 1 hour so seems the max.
