About this mod
This allows you to colonize mars as Britain, providing you with British Colonists, British rocket names, flags and logos.

As a Britisher, when I saw the Union Flag appearing next to potential colonists I wanted to play as Britain.
Unfortunately I couldn't make heads or tails of the game's mod tool. But I was lucky enough to get in touch with modder ChoGGi, who charitably coded this mod to my design while I provided flags and a logo of my own creation.
My thinking was to make this a challenging mod with some British ties. So I modelled some of it's parameters after the harder sponsors of the game in terms of start-up money, annual support number of rockets and their capacity.
I also picked out several sponsor traits and missions I haven't seen in other sponsors in the base game.
I tried to tie the mods features to what I felt were British themed.

- Annual support is low and applicants appear at a reduced rate because Britain is a small country.
- Medical centres give increased comfort reflecting the fact we have national healthcare.
- The Low-G lab, which we retained as part of our Brexit negotiations.
- 2 mission are production related referencing our Victorian industrial past.
