Allows placing a remote Forestation Outpost on the planet surface once Planetary Projects tech is researched.
The outposts has 2 initial missions: build and send colonists then a repeatable one to send seeds which increases planetary vegetation.
Luke's Base Additions mod is required and obviously Green Planet DLC.
Future plans: more specific outposts (mining, research, relaxation), more missions available at once to them, disasters for outposts.
Even further plans: secondary bases similar to rivals having your own sponsor and with specific interactions, space stations and colonies on moons added in similar manner.
