Hi, I have a few requests. Would you be able to create a modpack with all your compatible mods? Also, could you add a visible spawn radius (ideally a sphere) for all items that have a 'block spawn' mechanic? It would be a great help for building. On another note, I'm interested in learning to mod this game and would appreciate any help you could provide. Thanks for all your hard work!
Adding stuff is not simple at the moment. As one of the tools is being updated for Unreal Engine 5. Even something simple like new ammo is difficult to add.
As i do more requests, there will probably be more conflicts between my mods. So i don't know if modpack is good idea. But i do write in my mods description if there are conflicts.
Check few comments below for tools you need to mod the game.
They are not in my mod files. Use these tools to extract those files from game. Cheers.
Edit : Once you find those last piece of information, i do recommend extracting whole SurrounDead folder before starting with uassetgui. Otherwise uassetgui will not work correctly without all game files. If you want to change something in my mods, you will need to copy/paste all content from mod into extracted game files. Make copy of original SurrounDead extracted folder or if you got good pc, you can keep deleting and extracting files when switching between mods. Is it "little hand" enough? If you need more help sent me a message. So we don't clutter post section. This is also for everyone else who wants to mod the game. Have fun!
sorry for late rep, thanks for your valuable information especially for me who want to try make a personal mod (trying). will send u a message personally if i do need more help or hint!
Hey man I just want to say thank you for adding mods to this game. A little bit a creativity makes the play time go and I'm always happy for that. If I could make a request, similar to your 'More Ammo' mod, could you make a mod that somewhat increases the chances of the mega-rare .50 cal & .300 Winchester ammo? More surplus ammo is always great, but weapons like the deagle and m2010 would be used way more by me if I just had more ammo without debugging them in.
If it doesn't conflict with your 'More ammo' mod then I think it should be a mod on its own. But if it for some reason does conflict, include it in your 'More ammo' mod for simplicity. Many thanks!
Thank you I only asked because I wanted to try to change a few things since what you made is cool but there were a few things I wanted changed but it was so minor I didn't want to bother you to change just a few numbers around LOL again Thank you for this information to help me change the files myself.

Probably not. As they are part of the map. We would need modding tools for that. No way to edit map without tools. Sorry.
