In the "Supreme Commander Forged Alliance" directory (EXAMPLE: steamapps/common/Supreme Commander Forged Alliance) create a folder named "mods" if no such folder already exists. Then just unzip the desired mods into the "mods" folder. To use the Better Mass Extractors mod for example, the "mods" folder should contain the "OHP_001_Better Mass Extractors" folder.
