   Either i installed it incorrrectly but anytime any race tries to have a kid the game freezes but not fully all keyboard inputs are ignored and pausing ingame give control to keyboard back ONLY when a race has been alive for a while I.E they had a kid
   Edit: SORRY CONFLICTING MOD MY BAD

   How to install, download manually,  DON'T place the mods files in your mod menu, close the (7-Zip/WinRar) window that opens go to your downloads folder take the zip file (of this mod) and place THAT into your mod folder. then it will work.

   Cool mod on the original website there also is this mod butr thats outdated and has more requirements and thius works perectly
