Ah I'm happy to hear that! Good luck in your modding adventures. Also note that JSON doesn't usually allow comments, so I'm glad Sunless Sea let me do it haha.
I've been playing through with both and haven't found any issues. The only location directly overwritten by this mod is Vienna, which doesn't appear to be altered by the Sunless Stories code, so it should work just fine.
