The mod is absolutely great in all regards hands down
That being said i have a question for the pirate poet of polytherme>
I think the final challange is scoffed (broken) Even when i win all 4 final challanges, if i have Anger of the Khanate at 3 it's an automatic loss. The player guide implies it is still possible to win but i've tried many times with many saves.
If anger of the Khanate is anything above 0 it's an automatic loss. I've tried all the combinations of allies and selling parts, there is no actual way to win this. IS there an actual way to get the win condition at Anger value 3?
Please halp, my completitionis instinct is tingling
So, looking at all of the ships added from the Grave Garden mod, none of them have an Aft or Forward slot, even though the mod's notes say they have them. Is this something that is just portrayed wrongly, or can I fix by going into a "ships" folder, or is it just totally boned?
Not sure if anyone is still checking these, but I'm wondering if there's going to be a conflict if I've already turned the Pirate Poet over to the King or if that thread automatically resets
Good mod but the added weapons have some pretty major balancing issues.
For example you can buy a deck weapon at Khan's shadow for 750 that gives 15/15 Hull/Life damage, 5 crew damage, 4 second stagger, and a warmup of 4 seconds.
Compare that to the best deck gun in the base game from London that costs 1200 for 17/17 damage, 2 crew, 1 second stagger, 4 second warmup.
So it makes zero sense to not just grab the modded in gun which costs 450 less echoes, gives more crew damage and insane stagger, all for just 2 less damage.
2 things are of interest here: a) You have to reach Khan´s Shadow to buy it. b) In my opinion most of the equipment in London is ridiculously overpriced.
Excellent mod. Expands the base game greatly. I particularly like the unshackled Ziren and the siege at Gaiders Mourn. I have gotten a box of irrigo, obtain a ship like no other, Lotan, Glorious dreadnought and Alcyon. All those cool ships does not work with the avid suppressor. They cannot go Full steam ahead without risk of engine exploding. It feels like something purposefully built into the mod. It is a bit of a bummer actually. There are actually id:102965 and 102968 that I am tempted to set lvl: 0 to test.
So, I've been working on attempting to alter what equipment slots certain ships have in the base game, but from what I've seen people seem to be of the opinion that it's impossible to do so, beyond simply modifying the ship you currently have in the save file. Do you guys have any idea how to pull this off?
Hi, I was wondering if the Pirate-Poet mod's ending counts as completing the game for a steam achievement? So that I know if I should pursue the ending or build my colony instead.
