   Did they update the game to have this in base? I don't have this installed but came across it in the mod list, and no other mods I have installed alter skill progression to my knowledge, but the Rain Cloud spell still grants me experience for each tile it waters and it seems to be the same for if I had used a watering can. Sadly the Earthquake spell still doesn't grant farming experience.

      yeah, it's now a base game feature, you don't need this mod anymore

   this is great! Would you be able to make add the earthquake spell also? It's frustrating that it also doesn't give XP :/

      I'm assuming this mod uses the bepinex setup.  search how to install that and then add mods to the plugins folder it creates
