Hey so I'm confused on how to get this all started up. I have both this Mod and the Bepin mod. But I'm confused how to get this mod into Bepin and working. Because in the detailed instructions the wording is admittedly throwing me for a loop. Can somebody give me an even more detailed explanation?
Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Sun Haven\BepInEx\plugins Extract 'CustomTextures.dll' into this folder. Create a subfolder in this Folder called 'CustomTextures'
The rest of the instructions are for if you're extracting and editing images/characters/sprites yourself, and can be ignored if you're downloading them from here (or other places).
NOTE: While you're poking around in these folders, it's a good time to fix an associated annoyance: the ingame mod configuration hotkey is 'F1'(in the bepinex package on the Sun Haven Nexus page); if you already have that key bound to something useful (like a spell...) it gets distracting in a hurry. Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Sun Haven\BepInEx\config , open ' com.bepis.bepinex.configurationmanager.cfg ' with your favorite text editor (like Notepad ++) and change 'Show config manager = ' to something less annoying (like F5 or F10).
this is probably 100% on me or something and idk if anyone can help me but assetstudio doesnt read the floder saying there is no unity file? does anyone know a fix or anything?
Installed everything correctly but when i run the game the first time to generate the "CustomTextures" folder in the BepInEx "Plugins" folder it doesn't generate, I tried just making a new folder and renaming it but that didn't work either - any tips for fixing?
Since I discovered the facial overrides Leading Ladies and Best Bois were out of date, I decided to edit the sprites myself (I can't stand that stupid light area around the mouth), but I can't get them to show in game. I've edited some eyes and hair for the player and they work perfectly, so I assume there's some kind of block for NPCs. Does anyone know what the problem is or how I can fix it?
Anyone know how to get edited textures on DLC mounts to work? They just don't show up when I put them into the folder. Everything else I've changed works but DLC mounts. Is it not possible to edit?
