   the cfg file isnt in either plugins or config any thoughts?

      Figured it out. soo for anyone else having this issue, after you install the mods u want u have to launch the game in order for the CFG files to populate.

   Don't know why but this mod delete the scythe also and couldn't get the scythe even using command console.

   Sorry but how/where can we edit the config? Not sure if I am missing something but even after running the game once, in the folder I can only see the dll file which doesn't let me edit it.
   
   I want to keep the Sunhaven mine doors locked so I can open them myself but keep everything else unlocked.

      If you're running through Steam, look in "Steam\steamapps\common\Sun Haven\BepInEx\config"
      
      It's in the Config folder, not the Plugin folder.

   Dizzy didn't spawn on my first trip into the Sun Haven mines. And I don't have any other mod that affects the mines. :(

   Thank youuuu! this really grinded my gears after a few games and now I feel nothing but joy as I nyoom to any level in the mines and pop every treasure chest I see

    Even if you disable everything from this Mod, worth it just for the removal of the Rusty Key Window alone.
