(Dunno where the rest of them are supposed to be from, haven't progressed far enough for that.) And none of those are marked for museum even though they definitely go there. (Middle room the "temple" exhibit.)
I did mention it in the official SH discord, but just in case you see it here quicker, some of the golden items are listing other bundles that they don't belong to. Specifically the Golden Log, Silk, Feather, and all Fruits except Pomegranate. They all list the Golden Bundle and then some combination of Nelvari Mines, Withergate Mines, Bars and Fishing,
