Overview
So apparently no one ever released something like this as far as I have seen but here we are. The mod swaps the tier 3 costumes with the merged ones (free roaming and story).
This was done by hex editing.

Installation
Navigate to the game directory, back your SOLData.baf (like SOLData.baf.bak) and place the new SOLData.baf.
