Nautilus and SMLHelper are incompatible and cause up to and including save corruption when installed together. (Not every time but enough to be worrying) So I have made the decision that any mod of mine that uses Nautilus will not load when SMLHelper is installed.
Also Nautilus is the Replacement for SMLHelper and when Nautilus 1.0.1 releases we will be removing SMLHelper support for 2.0 completely meaning all mod makers need to update their mods to Nautilus.
Hi, thanks for your mod. The text Press R for blah blah blah pops up when entering the room and remains there in centre of screen, very annoying, can I turn it off?
I would also very much like an answer to this. For me, the "Press R to switch to Holographic Controls" message doesn't just stay where it pops up. It pops up in the centre, quickly moves to the upper left where most messages go, slowly fades like any normal message would, then re-pops up. Over, and over, and over. Even while using Scanner Room Cameras and trying to scout with them, it keeps popping up and flashing at me over and over, since my character herself is still in the room. It never stops as long as I'm in the room. Is there a way to remove the message, or stop it from re-opening over and over? Maybe just make it appear once when entering the room?
I second this. I will NOT be downloading this mod nor supporting the creator in any way until a valid explanation of what it does in written in the description. Even going to the GitHub link does not say anything about what the mod does.
I only hope the almost 14k people that did download this mod didn't get some sort of malware, and no MrPurple6411, you replying that this isn't malware won't dissuade me. Take a few minutes and explain what your mod does. I will not risk any possible malice just to find out what this mod does.
Almost a full month and no reply, from anyone. Disappointing...

Copied from the files category: "Now configurable live in-game as well as adding Holographic Controls to the Scanner Room's Map to make it so you can reorient it for a better view. Also made it properly resize when increasing range above the default max of 500m."
If you had taken the time to click on the files link to see the files you would be able to read the description there. While i agree that a description should be added to the mod's main page, it's still in the files category.

Despite your unnecessary snarky reply, this does NOT explain what the mod does, all it does is explain what the most recent update to it is.
I do not agree with the "malware" BS either. I just installed the mod to find out what it does, I have no worries about malware as Nexus literally has a virus scan right there at the top, and it says "Safe to use". My issue is just that there is no description for exactly what the mod does. Too many mods on this site have either no description, or change the look of games without any comparison images. People should have all the info they need BEFORE installing a mod, to decide if they want it or not.
I have 900 meters range thanks to the mod but when i pick something that i track the scanner stop, traveling back to the base and the scanner has stop working
The mod works great and has a variety of toggleable settings to tweak the scanner room to be more usable. Purple has a habit of making great mods and this is another example.
With regards to scanner improvements how likely would it be that someone could modify the scanner room to not show fragments for blueprints you already have?
Tell me how compatible this mod is with this mod "ScannerBlips", I don't quite understand from which mod as a result the game will take a parameter such as "scan distance".
Thank you very much for your hard work! Your mod works great! In my case, it works a little too great. While looking for fragments, every fragment is highlighted, whether I have unlocked that blueprint or not. Is there a way to make the scanner room find only the fragments I have yet to unlock?
yea but at least in the previous version of game when you got near a fragment you already had unlocked they disappeared from the hud and map in BZ it seems they just stay there until you go and scan them so annoying to scan a million sea glider fragments

I know a mod existed for Subnautica 1 to cause this behavior.. but this appears to be the default behavior for BZ now.
Any ideas on how to fix this? https://i.imgur.com/dl8j1cX.png (Thats all Seatruck/Seaglide/Beacon fragments for the most part)
