three config options, one is a toggle while the other two are sliders. The toggle changes between percentage based repairing/recharging and flat values for repairing/recharging. toggle it on for percentage, off for flat values. There is one slider for repairing and one for recharging. If using percentages, the sliders determine what percent of the max battery/health will be refilled per second, if using flat values the sliders determine the flat values of how much health is restored and how much power recharged per second. The defaults are flat values and are 5 for repairing and 1 for recharging. The sliders go from 0 - 100 so if you want instant refills you can have that. If you want a specific value on the sliders but can't quite get your mouse to stay put, no worries! just open the config file within the mod folder within the QMods folder within your game folder and you can change the config values to be whatever you want.
