   I have a different problem which seems solvable with similar methods here. I have basic programming knowledge and was looking to make a mod to solve my problem and stumbled across this mod here. I'm wondering how difficult it would be to implement a LODGroupBias override? In your first screenshot your LODGroupBias is set to 10, but on my machine there seems to be a bug which keeps setting it to 1. I cannot find a way to increase this to 10 and have it save between sessions.
   
   Is it a trivial matter to add a LODGroupBias override to this mod, since it is already responsible for forcing some options from this menu?

      I'm not the creator of the mod, so I can't help you. You need to contact rubyruby, but he rarely visits the site

      Yes, but personally I can't, because the motherboard has been releasedin 2007 and more than 4 GB of RAM, it does not accept :D
