This makes for some creative transportation methods between different places and just fun in general.
NOTE:
- not all equipment is available at the start
- the new items are in Fabricator/Equipment/Hyperion Technologies

# Adds a chip that lowers gravity
# Adds a chip that allows you to walk underwater (without consuming oxygen)
# Adds a suit that turns off gravity entirely
# Adds gloves that act like a grappling hook
