I really love the idea of this mod, but I'm afraid it costs an upgrade slot. Since this must be an essential upgrade for the mid to late game, it will basically make me play with 3 upgrade slots. Is there any plan to make the upgrade not using a slot, if possible?

I would suggest using a mod which adds more slots to your Seamoth.

It’s sad to see (or rather not see) your Field Creators Studios (FCS) mods. I play in legacy, and all your old mods still work on. Please, here or on Submodica, come back ^^

i also still use FCS mods when i'm playing in Legacy, teleport being one of my favourites. there are no similar mods out there anywhere.

Hi, I'm loving using your mods with my game. I still have some of the others that have been removed from the Nexus while you update them too.

One question I have regarding this one though...
Is there an item ID for the vehicle oxygen upgrade that I can use in a recipe with CustomCraft2?

I love the idea of needing a chip specifically to provide O2, and want to include the upgrade as an ingredient for the two vehicles that don't currently require one to provide oxygen, namely the Cyclops and Neptune.

Thanks for any help, and I'm looking forward to seeing the new updates once you get them working good enough to release. The videos I've seen look amazing!

    Edit:

Well, I feel a little foolish now. I noticed you had the source code available, looked in there just now and saw the base name "VehicleOxygenUpgradeModule" in the VehicleOxygenUpgradeModule,cs file. I tried that in my recipe, and it worked!

Well done. Late reply, but better late than never. As you have noticed, as a modder I have exited this platform.

    Hi!
Very nice mod, I like the logic a lot.
Unfortunately, recently I had to troubleshoot quite serious fps drop and this mode turned out to be one of the most fps hungry. It ate about 20% of the games performance.
Can there anything be done about this?

We will look into this to see if it can be replicated. Thanks for reporting

What if we could place plants inside seamoth or prawn? Like a little voxel bush for oxygen, or some other plants.

Nice, this will make diving more interesting for casual players like me who play in Freedom mode.

This is a great mod that adds to the immersive experience of the game.

Questions:  Is the Oxygen production supposed to be very slow while inside the vehicle?? Or is it possibly being affected by the Day Night Speed Mod mod?

      Hello squidney2k1,
Oxygen production should be equal, or very similar to vanilla game. I am unsure if "Day Night Speed Mod", which I am also using affects the seed of O2 production - but I do not remember any speed difference.
      Thank you,
      Mimes

just pleased, i always wondered why the small vehicles just have air for free.

Survival mode once again engaged ;)

is there a way to further increase energy consumption?

Planned upgrade is to have an added option of changing the amount of energy required for O2 production.
      Kind regards,

Planned upgrade is to have an added option of having O2 present in vehicles as per vanilla, but with energy consumption, including changing the amount of energy required for O2 production.
      Kind regards,
