I dont know what this means. They are scattered around the world. you will find them organically by exploring. if you want to know what the console command codes are. check the wiki.
Dont Normally Check this stuff but i can check ya. Its pretty simple to change though. while the save is not running. You’ll have to go to your saves folder; the default for steam is C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Subnautica\SNappData\SavedGames. Then open the proper slot000X folder, they’re numbered in order of creation, and finally open the gameinfo file. Somewhere in that file it should say “gamemode”:2. The 2 means hardcore, change it to 0 for survival. Then save the file, and next time you start the game it should be in survival.
I did that already so it should have saved that way. but maybe i forgot to lock it in. I will check.
EDIT: Also. if you don't have a "Saved Games" Folder. Its most likely because you have never saved a game before. You have to start and save once in a normal game for the file to generate.
