It took me few restarts and tests to realize the config.txt is useless, anyone who wants to use this mod should just delete it and go edit Subnautica\BepInEx\config\com.deciusmagnus.filtration.cfg

    Thanks for the mod.

Is this likely to get updated to work with Version 2.0 Living Large update and BepInEx now that Qmod is dead and buried.

If it isn't, can you amend the name to include (Legacy) so that people know it isn't compatible with the current game version

I turned power scaling to true (and uncommented the line), but it still uses up the same amount of energy per second.
Even after setting the timer for production to something ridiculous like 150.000 seconds, the power consumption stays the same.

Could it be that the setting doesnt work due to another mod interfering?

Duplicated issue and uploaded a fix. Please confirm that power scaling works now.

hello, does anyone know how to dismantle the water treatment plant? I want to move it and it won't let me dismantle it. It gives me a message that the pond is not empty, since I remove the bottles and the salt.
    if someone could help me

Probably because it's ON all the time. Try dismantling all energy sources attached to the base (solar panel, reactors, etc.).

Excellent mod, thank you, I have a great doubt if someone knows how to dismantle the water filtration plant, he does not tell me, he only sends the message that the pond is full and does not allow dismantling.

As DayNightSpeed also has a setting for   "speedFiltrationMachine": 1.0,
do these settings fight each other or just go on top of each other?
So when   "speedFiltrationMachine": 1.0 just means default value and this would multiply anything set in FMTM with 1?

I know daynightspeed as a command. I don't know what speedFiltrationMachine is. If it is a mod, I don't know about it and I don't know if it will conflict.

Oooh, thanks for sharing, this mod sounds very interesting!

I might even use it to increase the water production time to make my game a bit more difficult.

How exactly does the power scaling work when turned on? If I would increase the time it takes to produce one water, will the energy per minute be decreased so it takes the same amount of energy in total to produce one water? Or will it consume the same amount of energy per minute, thus creating a higher energy cost overall to produce the water?

It supposed to use the same power by default, but there is an option to scale up power consumption with production.

Will this work with Below Zero?

I don't have Below Zero so I cannot say. I would guess not as this relies on specific game code.

Yeah, I went poking around in the code and there were some changes, including an extra conditional check right before where you were patching code, so that displaced things a bit.

I got it working with SBZ, if that's something that might interest you?

It does interest me. Although I'll have to take someone else's work for the offsets as I probably won't be getting SBZ until it's more finalized. Also, they are apparently updating this game I might have to update this again.
