Wow. Sorry guys, but yeah - I'm not working on subnautica for a long time now. And the reason I haven't fixed (or even looked at) the mod is.... nexus notifications. They just doesn't work for me for some reason.
I would take a look at it then I would have time. *In a week it should be fixed or closed for a while if this can't be fixed fast enought
==EDIT 03-08-2019== PrimeSonic actually found the reason. It was due to the mod called "MoreSeamothUpgrades". Check the desctiption. Right now - the mod suppose to be working. If you have any problems with it as it is - I would really appriciate if you would remove all of your mods and try to enable them one by one, so you could've find the conflicts.
Any chance of an update for BepInEx please? It seems that even after Unknown Worlds rolling out the living large update and supposedly fixing 800 bugs, the HUD blips remaining after drilling a large deposit is still an issue!
As of Jan 3rd, 2022, this mod still works to fix drillable scans staying up. I have many mods, but NOT MoreSeamothUpgrades (per the sticky, which breaks this mod)
The 'MoreSeamothUpgrades' mod isn't even available anymore. But, this could still be an issue if someone had archived their copy of the old mod and still trying to use it. Seamoth upgrades are broken down into their individual upgrades as separate mods to best of my knowledge. So, that old mod not needed.....just get the Seamoth upgrades you want from the newer mods. It's good to know this mod is still working and needed. I actually missed this one somehow when I was trying to find all 'fix' mods.....any that fix game issues.
Not working as of 14th of December 2019. Blip initially disappears once drilled, then re appears again. It must be noted that when I remove ALL mods, the base game has this exact same issue, so the fault is with the base game not this mod. This mod does not fix the issue however, which I guess is the entire reason it exists.
Works fine for me, even together with the mod BetterScannerBlips. After 1-2 seconds after mining the blip on the deposit disappears with this mod.10/10

Edit: No longer works for me. When I first tested this mod I didn't have so many other mods installed.
There is a work around though from the base game. No mods. All you have to do is stop the scanner and restart it... however that isn't very practical.
Works for me if I remove MoreSeamothUpgrades, I think it can be a problem with the drill Seamoth
I removed "MoreSeamothUpgrades" and the blips remain there after harvest sigh...
