I don't really understand how the system works, what do I do if I want to slow-down the oxy and food/water drain? do I just check divide, or do I need to change the sliders, the instructions are really not very clear on how it works
I can't seem to find the config for food drain. I'm not sure if it was removed in the latest update or not. I'm most likely missing something and would be grateful for any help!
I really tried to make this mod work (which it does without bugs) for the game, but I could not find a way to eliminate the huge drain on my batteries in the Seamoth when charging my O2 back up.
For me, I like to slow the O2 refill way down to the slowest level, which makes me have to carry extra tanks (which for me increases the immersion). However, the vanilla game then reveals its huge power drain when your tank is charging up inside of the Seamoth. Filling a 245 second tank will drain the battery very quickly at around 1% every 1.5 seconds. Normally, I never noticed the vanilla game doing that because the tanks fill so quickly, but slow that down and you can really see the power cost!
I tried installing RefillableOxygenTanks mod because it includes a switch that is supposed to remove the energy cost for filling a tank inside a vehicle, but alas that switch didn't work for me with or without your mod.
Perhaps if you added the same multiplier to the power cost for vehicle charging to compensate that might solve the problem?
Anyway, I agree with the concept of your mod in any case.
It is a multiplier. If you put a 0.5 value on the draining multiplier, 45 seconds will last 90 seconds. Truly handy, thank you very much, I was waiting for a mod like this to be made. Just need to be very vigilant on the counter if you speed it up, because it will still show that you have, let'say, 30 seconds, and if you change the value to 2.0 you will only have 15 seconds. Same things if you slow it down to 0.5, will show 30 seconds when actually you have 60.
Not saying the mod doesn't load. The value for O2 drain can only be set from 0 to 2, there is no '1' in there. So either I have no drain, or twice the drain. There is also no way to set the value to a x.x value. (please note: Tried with different DPI settings on my mouse to no avail - to make sure it wasn't something on my end)
Requesting an updated feature for this mod. Sliders are a negative value at left, positive at right and the center value being set to the standard O2 values. Also maybe a config file that we can tweak outside of the game so we can set our values manually? Still a great mod and great for those that want to play in a more hardcore way.

the drain multiplier the higher the number the more oxygen drain happens when under the water
