Pretty neat hope you might add stuff like red coral and table coral into the fabricator :D

I suppose I could do that. I actually was considering making an alternative recipe for computer chips so that you do not need to decimate the environment for table coral samples to fill your endless hunger for them after installing countless tech mods from the Nexus. But making table coral craftable through some means might also work.

As for what you mentioned about “red coral,” I’m afraid I’m not quite sure what it is you’re referring to. Could you perhaps briefly explain what it is you’re talking about?

Just wanted to say that not everyone thinks this is a pointless mod. Personally I like it, as it saves me growing bed space.

Glad to hear you like it! It's good to know that some people are getting a use out of it.

Cool idea, well made, but rather pointless. You only get injured getting spores from wild shrooms, when you plant them in an exterior growbed, cutting the spores doesnt do any damage.

Thank you. It’s only my first mod, so I’m glad you think it’s decent. As for it being pointless because of mushrooms not doing damage when harvested directly from the growbeds, that’s not how I remember it.

From what I recall, harvesting a shroom planted in a growbed not only still hurt you but would also cause all the other ones in the growbed to explode in a chain reaction, often doing enough damage to kill you outright. But perhaps things have changed since then. After all, I only just picked up this game last week after not having played it for two years.

That has never been my experience, and is absolutely not the case now. Ive been playing Subnautica since just after v 1.0 and this has never been the case. So if this was the case, it has definitely changed. I find it odd that you jumped back into the game and created a mod to fix an issue that no longer exists without at least checking to see if the issue was still there. Unless you made this mod two years ago and have only just got around to releasing it now? But yeah, as it stands its pointless, sorry.

You are indeed right. I checked and sure enough it does not damage you or cause a chain reaction anymore. Lesson learned.
