Anyone else have problem while trying to craft some stuff inside the cyclops but it won't let you even thought you have alll the material inside it storage.
but then you won't be able to use material from inside the base to build outside or craft inside the cyclops, will you? for now i will just switch to the old version since i don't use beluga anyway and the old version work for me well.
I am having some issues with EasyCraft with the no power message. After further testing before when it was working for example when having the correct basic items, one can create a swim Fins without any in between steps. Now, you can still pull from lockers and return remaining items back to lockers or inventory but will need to create it step by step to get the end product items, so for example, to get the scanner, you must make a battery first before making the scanner, while the EasyCraft should have taken care of all those steps. The "no power" message is the game telling you that it cant create the end product without the in between required items even though we have the base items available.
First of all, thanks so much for this mod! I'm wondering if there's a way to lock or protect a storage unit so items stashed there are safe from pulling to craft? I like to carry just enough materials in a specific locker on the cyclops to lay down an outpost and I'd hate to pull from that stash by accident.
On that note, is there specific logic that directs which storage gets pulled from first?
*This mod is a must-have. Crafting already takes so much time; making sure to have the right items in your inventory seems pointless. I always find a craft from storage option for any game I play, so it was amazing to find this one.
seems to work for me if i set EasyCraft option to "inside" instead of 100m. dunno why!
edit: oh okay it only works as "air" crafting. Autocraft doesnt work. but at least there is air craft with the inside setting. Hopefully someone can patch this to work nicely together
Modding To disable the autocraft option for recipes, create easycraft.json file contains {"disableAutoCraftRecipes": ["Battery"]} in your mod's folder.
Is this referring to the line in "Subnautica\BepInEx\plugins\EasyCraft\settings.json"? also i take it this disables the auto crafting of pre-req materials right?
hmm i see thanks. looks like that disables the auto crafting of just individual recipes. i thought it would be all. but already solved it with "autoCraft": false,
I recently downloaded return of the ancients and the mod wont work. wont even show up in the mod settings. worked fine before i added it. no updates or anything so I don't know the problem. whole mod list. nautilus is out of date but I don't think that would effect anything
I'm running the game with a lower time flow to have the day/night cycle longer. But unfortunately that also makes crafting take longer time. With normal crafting there are several mods to increase the craft speed to compensate, but none of them work with EasyCraft. Is there a way to increase the craft speed of EasyCraft or is the source code for EasyCraft available so I can make a custom version?
