September 2018. You can get it by going to betas tab under the properties of subnautica in steam. There you can type in the text field: "speedrunners" and the game will automatically update to that version. You can also change it back there.
When reading the description something catched my eye, why is this mod specifically for such an old build of Subnautica? Does it have to do with something regarding speedrunning?
