  4. Is it possible to utilize this mechanism to allow the direction of the vehicle to be set when it lands in the moonpool?

    Because currently, to change the forward/backward direction when entering the moonpool would require the hassle of re-building the base.

      You are testing it by docking in the opposite direction, right? Test again just to make sure and send LogOutput.log if it still doesn't work.

      It also did not work for me, though it shows up in my Mods.
      Perhaps because my BepInEx is pretty outdated.
      The error log:

      Thanks, yes the mod is fine. A very nice touch! I cleared out all mods and re-installed the basic requirements. That resolved this issue and others for me.

    any chance you could make it so no rotation is necessary to dock?

      That would mean save baking the rotation and I couldn't get it to work.

      In vanilla when you drive into the Moonpool but facing the opposite direction, the vehicle will spin right before docking (first part of the video shows what vanilla does). Then in the 2nd part of the video you can see what the mod does. It makes the vehicle align with the Moonpool but in the other direction, avoiding the larger spin. Then when the Moonpool grabs you, it rotates the vehicle into the original direction.

      So in simple terms, it makes the Moonpool rotate you instead of the vehicle doing that silly rotation before docking can begin.
