Bug found Deco mod messes with my tabs not clue why.
Coffee update will be coming
More Food Coming. (2.0) using Nautilus customFoods3 customfabricator(for 2.0) 1.0.0 released
(legacy) uses CustomCraft2 customFoods3 customfabricator 1.1.0b released (legacy) CustomFoods3 Realistic For CustomCraft2 1.1.0 released (legacy) test it make sure it works it worked for me
don't use other customfoods3 fabricators with other fabricators for customfoods3 don't use the customfoods3 3 for the normal fabricator because it will break things for CustomFoods3 Realistic For CustomCraft21.1.0.
When I install this mod I get the recipes unlocking except for recipes like bicarbonate of soda, salt sugar etc, but I get no custom fabricator so even if I had those base components I could not craft anything
When I first installed it I installed it in the middle of a modded playthrough in progress and then tried reinstalling it again after I had completed the cure quest and created the cyclops. That didn't work so I figured okay maybe installing it mid game meant something didn't fire. So I tried a new playthrough with a bunch of mods I knew worked well and I have since made the cyclops and still there's just the same recipe unlocks unconnected to a fabricator. So I uninstalled any mod that adds its own fabricator and still no fabricator for this mod shows up.
For context I am using the latest Bepinex and Nautilus and I have tried repairing the radio to see if somehow my not doing that was blocking a trigger. As best I can gather either the recipe for the custom fabricator required by this mod is tied behind the stasis rifle or some obscure underwater plant (and I tried it on a save when I completed the Enzyme 42 so I doubt that) or this mod is assuming an unlisted dependency like SML helper or customfoods 2.
For context I was able to track down the records you advice to alter to get your fabricator to show up and this is what's in the file at \steamapps\common\Subnautica\BepInEx\config\Nautilus\CraftTreeTypeCache
I saw a new mod for an all in one fabricator and I had a glimmer that maybe it might help after seeing you writer the letters AIO in the video you link to. Installing Purpleguy's All in One Fabricator gave me access to your recipes so I can use your mod. I have access to long storage vege food in Subnautica, yay.
So, I downloaded CustomFoods3 CustomFabricator(2.0 and nautilus) and built the food fabricator.
There are several things missing from it. Tomatoes, Ketchup, Spice, Bicarbonate2 and a plethora of other things. Essentially, only the full meal recipes are there and the only available ingredients are potatoes, milk, bread and flower (can't find Dough, though).
Is there something else I need to install so everything is there? I unpacked the folder into the plugins folder
I do not get this fabricator, instead it has the same options as the fabricator from the decorations mod. I can not make anything. I can see all of the recipies in my pda though. I have everything installed in the proper places
Unlocking is not the problem, I had the ingredients to make but no option. The fabricator from this mod loads the options from decorations mod fabricator instead
Is there a way to change the recipes? Or specifically, the end results?
Because after playing around with the mod, it's simply not worth the effort to make the food.
For example, a spadefish cake requires two spadefish, two flour and filtered water (which means a bladder fish). The end result is a cake that gives +23 food.
A single spadefish also gives +23 food. So, curing a spadefish is a lot less effort to make a +23 food that doesn't spoil.
I made BBQ Wings, which took a lot of time, and also 4 peepers. The result? A food that gave as much food as a single peeper.
Well, the food should at least reflect its ingredients. So, using my example, the spadefish cake should give at least +46 food (two spadefishes). It would make the food production reflect the desire to have the most amount of food in your small inventory when you're out.
Sure, it doesn't make sense to do this with every food, since at some point it would get over 100 (maybe hard cap it as 75, like protein bars) but if I go for the effort of making BBQ wings, I should get more than 26. Especially when it comes to any food requiring flour, since that takes stalker teeth, which can't really be farmed, especially when you build your base far away from the Stalker areas

Every one of those with the exception of Deco Fabricator and Custom Food Fabricator showed up fine.
