This tiny mod prevents the PDA voice from speaking unless spoken to (more or less).

I made this because I like to record videos occasionally, and I found it annoying that the PDA would sometimes speak over me. I can wait for her to finish or even do something like "speed 10" or use the "day" cheat many times in a row to get her voice lines out of the way, but I thought I'd make a more convenient solution.
Voice lines you unlock will still be playable from inside the PDA itself. This mod just prevents them from playing automatically when you receive them.
