I kind of wish you broke up the features in this pack into smaller mods (Or added some insane config capabilities) So that we could pick and choose what to enable and disable. Some of these can add a lot of atmosphere without going overboard into the ridiculous. Just the smaller things like the glitching flashlight, some of the more believable PDA voicelines, etc.
Pretty cool mod. I am not sure if mine is bugged or if this is intentional, but the safe shallows are extremely dark which I love. Deeper biomes are not like this. Grassy Plateaus is very light and you can see perfectly without a torch. Same with lost river, mushroom cave and many others. Only a few biomes are dark, which is unfortunate
This is an amazing mod. Just now really getting to enjoy it and it's become a mod that I don't know if I can play without, it's just that good. It reminds me of Lee23's "Random Events" for Legacy, but with a dedicated spooky theme. Love the voice humor.
I do like Halloween colors as well and think, perhaps, the changing of tones can be in that darker reds to the orange and orange-yellow hues instead of just red. That being said, it's still great with that spectrum and the ambiance of this pack as is.
If it could be tweaked elsewhere, besides color, I'd say... Maybe more voice lines (if thats possible... were some of these created using a text to speech with the games AI voice?)
The lines (dialog) sometimes is too fast in utterance, maybe slow it down in some areas.
Perhaps have some of the dialog spaced out and only occur during *triggers* for a more spooky/jumpscare experience? I have noticed some of it will play either too often (time between last) and at the wrong times which kind of waters down the impact of it.
Despite that it's still damn good mod and hats off to you for the great work on this. It's amazing as is!

Edit2: This was one of the glitches I saw that made me think of the colors for Halloween or those kinds of palettes. Note the creepvine clusters with some of the original color showing.
