   Could you rework your file names, please?  Any spaces/null in the names renders them unusable on Linux systems.  That includes the folder names.
   
   I.e. Night Vision Update  would need to be NightVisionUpdate
   I.e. Night Vision Update.dll would need to be NightVisionUpdate.dll

      you can unzip/extract the folder, then in the mods tab in vortex drop the folder into the "drop files" zone
