i love your mods and use most of the vehicle ones but this mod i really wish it would be able to be put in the cyclops for those who like doing cyclops only runs for fun
Would really like for this mod to do its job - I hate crab squids more than any other beasties. ! But I can't find a blueprint or item to scan. Where might I look? TIA.

You should be able to find this in the modification station. I uploaded an image of where it should be.
For now, you don't need to unlock it- it should be available immediately. Keep in mind this requires Vehicle Framework, and only works for those vehicles added by Vehicle Framework.
Thanks for the reply. I'm not sure what you mean by it "only works for those vehicles added by Vehicle Framework." Is there a separate way to add a Seamoth once the framework mod is running? Perhaps the problem is that I added the mod mid-game?
I have the vehicle framework mod (1.2.6) and crabsquid mod (1.0.0) installed using Vortex. Vehicle framework deployment order is 78 while crabsquid order is 15. Should I reverse them?
I tried creating another Seamoth with vehicle framework mod installed. I didn't see any difference in the resulting Seamoth. I also tried creating another modification station, again with framework installed. Both modification stations work the same - the extra Seamoth options just don't appear.
As for mods that might conflict, I have SeamothStorageAccess and More Seamoth Modules installed. Not sure why they should be a problem, but I'm just trying to mention everything that might impinge on defanging crabsquids :-).
This mod must be loaded after Vehicle Framework. Adding the mods mid-game should be okay. Vehicle Framework shouldn't change your Seamoth or Seamoth upgrades, but the Crabsquid Protection Module cannot be added to a Seamoth (at least for now).
