Is this for the legacy branch or main? Just spawned in and warped to the base location in survival and there was nothing there. Everything is installed according to the directions in the description, and no other mods are installed besides BepinExPack.
If you post this as a bug along with your log file, I can try and see if I can't tell what's happening. Log file location: wherever steam is installed + \common\Subnautica\BepInEx\LogOutput.log
