It would require me making a clone of the prefab. Which technically I know how to do I just don't know how to keep it's texture changed I'm still figuring that part out
I really love your new option to make variants like other ESL modders are making.
1.) Would love to see an even more irradiated glowing version that spawns around the crash site (s)... depending on mods and upcoming modules that have crashed ships.
2.) Also, would love to see, perhaps an optional patch, that if you would like to use the Gold skinned version of the leviathan mobs, that could be applied it would add it to the variants. Perhaps make a requirement to have that one installed too and then have a setup like you did yours, with the whole skeletal/mesh, etc laid out for the gold skin variety and then direct it to use the other in the texture replacer or instead of dropping that one in the texture replacer, perhaps in yours? I dunno, i see a few ways this could be done.
3.) As others have said, would love to see even more variants of differing rarities. Perhaps even for other leviathans and leviathan-kin, like sandsharks & bonesharks with drastically altered sizes (scale).
4.) Would like to see even more of your ideas implemented, especially for more fleshed out growth/maturity charts for the mobs from hatchling, to adult, to mature and even ancient... and possibly even gargantuans and mutations.
5.) As much as I have enjoyed the original Zombie, I really like your ghost version. Some others made ghost-like rays and bonesharks and I fell in love with their beauty as well. Your Ghost version looks really good. Would like to see either that one, or a different variant or two with a subtle ghostly blue or sea green bioluminescence. I think you have another beauty on your hands.
6.) Seasonal options - Since Halloween is coming up, would be nice to see a Black, Orange and slight yellow-orange bioluminescent colorized version to go along with your ghost/skeleton version. A Christmas one with light patterns like you'd see in traditional Christmas lights would be nice too... maybe even on the Amp Eel!

This one got me to thinking about a cloned ghost tree with a color variant and another variant colored mob(s) swimming around to protect it.

And this one would be a nifty jelly or other mod, though not sure what it could be applied to with similar styles w/o getting a whole new asset. Creepy to find in the dark depths though.

Edit: This goes well with BradIsBrad's Spooky Subnautica. Some of the color variants are there I was talking about, even if unintended for Halloween. The zombie reaper is great with it in the grassy shallows. Edit2: This looks great in The Red Plague (Act1) as well.
Thank you for your kind words. I have plans for something that glows green, but it's still in the works for now. I'm also working on zombie versions of other creatures as well, including even some flora. The ghost reaper would look good as a ghost leviathan style, kind of transparent like what brad is brad did with the crash fish for sppoky subnautica.
Awesome. I can see this being enhanced with being infected (bioluminescence) and/or the radiation effects or results if you fail and cause a catastrophe.
