I'm having a bug where the terrain map doesn't appear anymore. It was working fine but today after launching the game and loading a save of me being in the Lost River in my Cyclops, terrain map is gone.
Just wanted to say that I'd love to see an update for this! It'd be great if the fade-out effect could match the same speed as vanilla and/or be configurable in and of itself (it's a bit too fast). I found the options a little confusing; I think perhaps it should be more like:
Attack (the time it takes for the sonar wave to initially propagate) Sustain (the time it stays active) Decay (the time it takes for the wave to fade out) Ping Interval (the time between each sonar ping)
Currently, I think that Attack is adjustable, as well as Sustain (if I'm correct). But we can't modify Decay or Ping Interval - both of which would be very nice! At least, we can't directly modify ping interval but it seems that playing around with the options we do have changes the ping interval in some way by extension.
Also, I agree with the other user that suggested fixing the ping line so that it terminates on the terrain beneath you so that you can actually tell how far away you are from it - that would be a very nice feature as well.
It's a good mod :) The Cyclops was rotated 90 degrees the wrong way so it was kinda werid, but there is any easy way to configure it in the options menu 5/5
The player ping line on the Seaglide indicates the position and height over the sea floor, but the one on the Cyclops goes down to infinity. Any chance of adding that feature?
