This mod has neat synergy with Deathrun Remade. As getting out in Deathrun means you hemorrhage energy. The Repair Module makes it so you can stay inside, where you're safe. It could stand to be a little less efficient admittedly, but from what I can tell it's about as or a little less energy efficient than the repair tool - but it's very fast. Especially for people like me who avoid adding additional vehicle mod slots, the repair module is an interesting choice reserved for risky areas at high depths, like the Lost River for example. While still maintaining the "trade-off" kind of mindset. If you can risk getting out or aren't running Deathrun at high depths, the repair tool is a competitive choice that doesn't consume a valuable mod slot that could be extra storage (which can hold repair tools).

If you can risk getting out or aren't running Deathrun at high depths, the repair tool is a competitive choice that doesn't consume a valuable mod slot that could be extra storage (which can hold repair tools).
