Do not comment about the mod being "paid". It is literally out of my control and none of the money goes to me. I made this mod for others to enjoy. So, please, be happy and appreciate that I made it in the first place instead of leaving comments downing me for something that I can't fix.
My aspects ratio heuristics option is a drop down menu, not a check box. It doesn't seem to work. What did I do wrong? I followed the instructions as best I could, I suppose I'm just a bonehead.
tf am I supposed to do, pirate it and give it to you guys? Its literally not mine to sell (the rtgi shader file I mean) . I am earning nothing from this nor will I ever. I am doing this just for fun.
When i installed this mod my 4070 instantly went to 80% load and the fans went crazy. It ended up being just the denoiser after disabling it my load went back down to 40%. I dont even see a visual difference idk if its just a me problem.
I'm not sure why the denoiser was enabled... I do not remember not enable it so maybe I enabled it by accident when I posted the file. thanks for letting me know.
Hey brother! Paid for what I needed to, and the game certainly looks a lot more beautiful and realistic for the most part, however one of the settings that you have us select is causing the whole world to be reflected with the shadows of sorts showing up in reverse? "Copy depth buffer before fullscreen draw calls" is the selection that triggers this -> Check out link below.
Also I have no idea how to disable the other options you mentioned... I think I MAY have gotten it to work well on my desktop monitor when selecting specifically one of those options... however within VR there is 0 influence what-so ever with the reshade, or should I say - it makes the game in VR run with EXTREME FPR Choppiness, making the game unplayable, and it has no visible visual effects within the Oculus Quest 2. No matter whether I turn it on or off. Any clue how to get it to work for VR? That's basically the main reason I moved forward with these purchases and I have a feeling most people moving forward with in 2023 are going to be aiming for the same thing.
Thank you for your contributions!!
Best regards,
EDIT: After some additional testing, I've realized that the drop in FPS down to 24-28FPS from 50-70fps on DESKTOP is simply not worth it to me. For taking pictures, this shader is remarkable, but given its issues with VR, and the deep FPS drop I've decided to play without it. Great job nonetheless.
Yea well what do you expect. It would be darker irl too so yea it is a lot more photorealistic than the base game. If you don't like it, don't download it.
Is it not looking like the images or is it just not loading at all? If you are having problems please make sure that you have read through the entire description. If it still does not work, them I'm not sure.
