I made a bug report to fix but it's not an actual bug ... When installed with Vortex, Subnautic Mod Manager states that it needs to be in a folder. Thus it does not show up when you start the game ... etc. When you create a folder and put the file into the folder it causes other issues for it is then duplicated. So it needs to be removed from Vortex and installed manually for it to load properly. You have to remove the vortex install and install it manually tell the author to fix it ... simply by putting it in a folder.
So for now you guys and gals having problems getting it to work you simply download it manually, extract the zip file, put the file in a name folder (DeveloperMenu) then put it in the plugin folder. SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Subnautica\BepInEx\plugins.
Don't forget to when you first start the game hit the "escape" key, then "/" key. Wala it works ...
