hi everyone, sorry to say this but it seems not everyone has read my past comments on here, so i'll pin this one for everyone to see. for the foreseeable future i cannot fix this mod as I have no ability to play mods (nor use REFramework and other tools like EMV Engine to mod!!). the one PC i have right now is a Steam Deck and mods DO NOT WORK on it. how can i fix/remake this mod if i cannot test it in-game and see how it looks? I used to use my old laptop (which died over a month ago) to run the game in the lowest possible settings to make and test the mod with EMVengine before copying it to my steam deck for taking screenshots and playing the mod. after the aki update, mods would cause the game to crash on the SD when i installed them with FMM, and i have no idea why, meanwhile my laptop was dying and i could no longer afford to run any games on it as it's old. eventually it died and with that i have no way of playing, making or fixing my mods. please understand that i've had to run the game vanilla for months now with no sign of a fix on any end. If you know the reason and/or a fix for SF6 mods and FMM in general on the Steam Deck, please let me know. i used to be able to run mods no problem until the AKI update. since then any mod i try to use, old or new causes the game to softlock the moment it tries to load models or animations. meaning that i can go to the main menu, FG, select training mode, then it softlocks and i have to force shutdown the game thru steam overlay. some other mods cause the game to freeze even before anything shows up past the initial black screen, again softlocking it and requiring a process shutdown. I have attempted everything such as a fresh reinstall and have tried people's to-date mods to be safe, i even tried installing mods after every update since then but NONE WORK, they all crash the game. I can't even play my own mods or others', and thus FOR THE FORESEEABLE FUTURE, I CANNOT FIX THIS MOD. (and please for the love of god don't give me the basic bs on uninstalling and rereading game archives, OF COURSE i did that, along with a fresh reinstall for everything as i said!) if you know how to fix old mods to make them work in the most recent update, this mod, as i explained, last used to work on the AKI update as far as i know. if you are willing to make the fix for me, please contact me through private message on here and let me know, i'll gladly post the fixed files for everyone and give you credit for the fix.
TL;DR: CAN'T FIX THIS MOD, CAN'T PLAY ANY MODS WHATSOEVER, CAN'T UPDATE THIS MOD FOR COSTUME 3 LIKE I WANTED, READ WALL OF TEXT ABOVE IF YOU CAN HELP ME FIX THE ISSUE/UPDATE THE MOD FOR EVERYONE ELSE, OTHERWISE PLEASE DON'T BOTHER ME ABOUT THIS
Damn, sad to hear you're no longer able to update this mod :( This was one of the most badass mods for SF6. This mod was probably the main reason I started maining Ken.
as the creator of the mod i haven't been able to play it since the aki update cause mods stopped working on the steam deck for some reason. the pain is real
Only your mods stop working tho, the other mods works perfectly fine. Btw, if you wanna see the mods again, do Uninstall all mods, Re-read game archive then install the mods back
sorry guys, mods don't work for me at all (i play on the steam deck), i can't check if the mods work or not, and i can't play with mods on either. until i find a fix for that i can't update any of my mods to work
unfortunately i don't have the skills nor the software to do 3D editing mods. mods stopped working on my steam deck since aki dropped and i can't either make or install them anyway. you'll have to request it from someone else, sorry
