I finally uploaded my Color Pack for Killer Bee Cammy on Nexus. I uploaded there also the original mod files updated for A.K.I and future updates will be posted there.
The mdf files needed to be updated for AKI version. I updated them for myself and it's working fine.
These are the corrected archives, replace with the old ones and install as usual with Fluffy Manager. Once and if the author will make the official ones i will take the links down.
I'm fixing only the mods i'm actively using for the moment. It's a time consuming process, you have to compare modded and unmodded old version of the mdf in an Hex Editor and find the modications the modder changed. Then open the updated unmodded mdf, look for the area to mod and repeat the changes you spotted on the old modded mdf. This is for C2, and C1 has a lot more changes to do since is a swap of C2. Hope the author comes back but judging from his activity on Nexus he's missing since august. I will update Killer Bee mod if there will be another update, don't worry.
I've re-read the archives as per every character update and other mods work so I'm not sure where my issue is. Do I not just need to take the zip and add it to Fluffy manager where the rest of my mods are?
The model isn't loading faster even for me, wait few seconds and let it appear, it's normal. If not the case just uninstall all mods and re-read game archives. Put the rar files in the Fluffy folder for SF6. Launch Fluffy and make sure it's updated to the latest version. The mod should appear under Cammy list, install it (only V4 version). If it isn't working do this optional step, after uninstalling all mods delete the folder "natives" inside your game folder. Then install the mods again after re-read game files.
Quick question, do I need to do anything else other then download the files from the archive. Because when I install it through fluffy it won't load, and in fact it crashes my game. Thanks for updating it btw.
Game just doesn't load the model at all (tried waiting for a minute or two) and won't let me escape the menu if you deselect and move to another character (other character models that previously loaded no longer regardless of mod).
Having trouble when wiping the natives folder cuz I disappears when I uninstall all my mods via fluffy
This is very strange. I checked again and did all uninstall and reinstall process with downloading the files i uploaded and this is working for me, C1 and C2.
1 Open Fluffy and go for "Uninstall all mods" 2 If you forgot to do it previously go also for "Re-read game archives" 3 Close Fluffy 4 Go in game folder and delete "natives" folder if present, if the folder is automatically deleted and is not present skip this step. 5 Open Fluffy and install Killer Bee under Cammy section. 6 As a last resort if none is working try also to Verify Integrity of Game Files on Steam.

welp, I've tried what you outlined even re-downloading the game and getting a fresh download of the linked mod. It still doesn't work for me so I guess it is what it is. Not sure why it doesn't work for me but thanks for all the help man and I really appreciate your work (helping me out and updating the mod in the first place for everyone to use).
Is Fluffy updated to the last version? In Fluffy go to Downloads button and then check if "Fluffy Mod Manager upgrades" is available. Last one is v.3.019 and you can also download it from here:
Yeah fluffy is updated and on v3.019, also just to clarify I've been trying to use C2 Killer Bee. The good news is that I just tried C1 and that works just not C2. Is there a difference in the files other than the co-responding costume slot?
The difference between C1 and C2 is that in mdf there are references to different file names. The files are the same but have different names between C1 and C2. I use mainly C1 but i tested also C2 and was working for me, u can see it in the picture i posted. The main difference on C1 is i had to force the names change manually and on C2 i did not because the names are supposed to be already ok. I'm curious about if C2 is working fine with the other people who downloaded it because i didn't get any issues from them. I will check C2 again, maybe i will find something wrong.
@ MCtorna I think i was able to reproduce on my PC and fix the C2 mod not working. There's a new fixed file for download at the top. Let me know if it's working.
This stopped loading properly once the AKI update installed. I followed the fluffy manager instructions (re-read and uninsteall), verified file integrity, and re-installed the whole game once and the same issue is happening. Costume sort of loads but most everything is dark gray/black overtop of it.
so dumb because I had it working before I pressed "re-read game archives" even after the update. Everything was fine but then I did that and gg most my mods broke.
Would you be able to update the head swap option? Also, how did you learn to update mods? I figure this game is going to break a lot of mods over the years so I'm interested in updating them myself if its just a few simple relocations
