   .pak file is in the correct folder, but still seeing the robot language on all the walls of The Slums.

      Those are images, this mod doesn't say it corrects images. That's a bit beyond the scope of a font replacement.
      
      But you can use the original font file to decipher them for yourself if you want to know what they say.
