You don't actually need a mod for the bluriness, just go to in-game Graphic Settings and turn off the FPS Priority Mode. I think this option is a bit buggy, it will somewhat set the 3D Rendering Resolution Scaling to lowest (5O%) for stable FPS possible
"The patch recommends adjusting the game brightness to the brightest. Installation method 1. Unzip all files in the better game graphics folder to the game root directory 2. Enter the game and select a level. It is recommended to select Dark Continent or Demon Sea because the effect is the most obvious 3. Press F10 and refresh the game. If the screen changes, it means the installation is successful 4. Play and you don’t have to worry about anything in the future

What this does is turn off the "Glow" a lot of the game has. It will also make the Bombs charred, but it's not a big deal since they still look cool in a different way and the crystal tower in particular becomes darker. If there's anything else major I haven't stumbled on it yet.
To use this simply download and extract the files in the main directory. For example, the "mods" folder should be on the same as the exe.
HOWEVER
This also seems to make the game... grayer? Including the UI too. So to fix that I just deleted the "ReShadePreset" file. I'll upload some screenshots if I can.
