Sounds like a great idea (don´t quite understand why there´s not any more comments on this...)! But recently (December) I had problems with StrandedDeep (with items, esp. containers missing when returning from other islands - basically an error during zone reload/item respawn, I guess). That was quite frustrating, so I´m a bit wary with mods this time... I was using a handful of mods (including this), but more importantly I had replaced several default islands with custom-made islands. I´d like to do that this time as well, since what StrandedDeep needs the most is more island variability/exploring; and for the same reason I´d love to use this mod as well again. So my question to be on the safe side is this: Could there possibly be any compatibility problems using this mod when also using custom-made islands? Moreover, some of them, especially the "Ocean Shallows"-Mod, even completely remove chosen default islands (at least the surface part) and replace them with underwater diving spots. So in this (somewhat more extreme) case, could it happen that your mod spawns some landscape features on open water where, technically speaking, there still is an "island", just not above the ocean surface? And is this okay to be used with the newest update (StrandedDeep v1.0.38)?
You should not have any issues, as it does not add items on custom islands Also it should still work with latest version, if not, ping me, i'll run a quick check
Hey, does anyone know would it be possible to reduce the amount of loot and creates you find in the wreckeges? I would love to be able to play a more hardcore version of the game, where i dont find a lot of loot everywhere, maybe 0 to 1 crate per island or something like that?
