The crane was a part of one of the earlier stormworks builds, this was before a major overhaul to many of the game systems which broke the crane. You may though download one from the steam workshop.
This does not bring any difference to the game at all, Ive tried to edit the vehicles that I couldnt edit with the Vanilla Workbenches, and It still doesnt work. And the Vehicle im trying to edit clearly fits into the area, but I just get a error thrown at me. Any Ideas why it doesnt work?
Sorry for the late response! Can you confirm that you've followed the readme 100%? You should see new 2 new workbenches by the docs on the creative island, it's very clear when the mod is installed correctly.
