best for folks like me who don't like too much micromanagement, also it feels a lot more smooth. :)
- Permissions and credits
* 750 spec. res for tier one buildings(if your production is 1 per month you will need 65 years to buy it...)
* 1500 spec. res. for tier 2 buildings (if your production is 1 per month you will need 125 years to buy it...)
balance seems fair, even if you get +10 spec res per month. you will need multiple buildings anyway an each will take a hundred years to pay itself off instead of costing upkeep that you have to track all the time...

next support will be for granted for 2.2.6
and maybe if I have time 2.2.5
