Planetary decision to instantly destroy an owned planet, in order to get rid of excess pops etc.

Ever annoyed by unwanted, unemployed, excess, criminal pops? You no longer need to create a new subject to get rid of them! Just move'em all on to a useless planet and activate the planet decision "decision_erase_planet", and they will be gone! *A sacrifice for the greater good :)
Very simple mod, adds a new planetary decision to change a planet into shattered planet (destroying the planet itself and pops on it), it can only be used on your own colonies when you have population control policy allowed and costs small amount of influence and unity. This is a modified function from my other mod The Owl House-Will of the Titan.
To install, unzip and drag the folder into documents/paradox interactive/stellaris/mod and apply the mod via Irony Mod Manager
